Char Chefs making an impact


It's great to hear stories of past Cha Cha Char trained Chefs making it good out there in restaurants throughout Brisbane, Australia and overseas for that matter. We presently have 2 chefs honing their culinary skills in Sicily through a HTA scholarship exchange program. We are looking forward to the girls returning to Char with their newly discovered Sicilian nosh.

And then to a former Cha Cha Char young entrepreneurial Chef who is certainly about to take the United States by storm. Adam Melonas has spent the last 2 years in Spain creating a new concept in dining that is soon to be unleashed to the New York fine dining market. The wheels are in motion for the roll out of his new venture soon to be opened in New York City. He plans to then take this concept into 7 different countries and is also negotiating a TV series with 2 major companies, that includes a collaboration with HBO.

Kilroy and I have seen some of the work he is developing and it looks fantastic. Stay tuned for some images of his work that we will get uploaded over the coming week.
