SHIRAZ

Australia and more specifically South Australia has adopted Shiraz as our own. South Australia is the largest wine producing state of Australia where the majority of grape growing regions lie in warm areas and ideally suited to producing full bodied Shiraz. Therefore a notable portion of our wine list is dedicated to this wonderful variety. So if big, rich and ‘ballsey’ is your preference then look no further than regions such as the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale or the Hunter Valley NSW for significant richness, intensity and power to which there is no better partner than red meat.

COCKTAILS

A selection of twisted classic cocktails made using only the finest spirits and liqueurs, to accompany and enhance your dining experience from beginning to end.

Aperitifs

Negroni - $15
A slow stirred blend of Gordons Gin, Carpano Antica, Campari and a splash of Aperol to soften, garnished with flamed orange rind to create a perfect pre dinner drink that will prepare your taste buds for the evening ahead.

Raspberry Bellini - $15
Set the stage for a great night out with a sweet, bubbly mix of smashed raspberries, chambord and sparkling white wine.

Champagne Cocktail - $22
This classic French aperitif combines the rich orange flavours of Grand Marnier with only their best brut champagne and a dash of Angostura bitters.

The Main Course

Cosmopolitan - $15
A 1970s cocktail whose popularity has burst back into life. A stunning combination of vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice and fresh lime create a bright, feminine cocktail with a crisp, clean finish.

Martini - $16
Stirred not shaken, the only way to appreciate this age-old gin based cocktail with a splash of Italian vermouth to leave a super crisp finish. If this is not quite your style why not try a vodka martini with a twist, or perhaps something just a little dirty.

Raspberry Moscow Mule - $15
This refreshing yet punchy drink combines the robust flavours of Finlandia vodka with a twist of lime and topping of Australian ginger beer, modernised with the addition of fresh muddled raspberries.

Dessert

Espresso 43 - $16
Italian espresso, Kahlua, Spain’s fragrant Licor 43 and a hint of cinnamon garnished with roasted coffee beans, makes the perfect accompaniment for one of our decadent desserts or a contempory alternative to a naked espresso.

Cognac D’Alexandra - $15
For a traditional nightcap no one should go past our twisted Brandy Alexander. Courvoisier VSOP, Massenez crème de cacao, with a dash of double cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg, makes every sip feel a little like Christmas.

MOCKTAILS (non alcoholic)

$7.00

Summer Temple (Lemon-lime soda, ginger ale, grenadine, mint) (b)
