Dear John,

It was our son’s (David) 24th Birthday yesterday and when asked where he wanted to go for a special celebration dinner (with multiple suggestions from other family members) he overruled everyone and insisted that Cha Cha Char was his preference.

Well, I guess you know that a great Brisbane Restaurant has gone on to become a great Brisbane Institution when your fine establishment crosses over several generations of patronage and still remains the favoured eatery of choice – Congratulations!

My personal thanks for the welcome bottles of Moet which set the scene for a most enjoyable evening, and the warm professionalism of your whole team (especially Cedric who looked after our table) made everyone from Grandma to little sister feel right at home.
